These Terms of Service explain how Evelyn Harper Studio membership, content access and related services work. By using the site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

Terms of Service
Membership and access
Membership provides access to Evelyn Harper Studio member content, including photo sets, lookbooks, previews and regular visual updates. Access is provided for personal viewing only while your membership is active.
7-day free trial
The membership includes a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the trial renews into a paid $9.99/month subscription.
Billing and renewals
Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date. Prices and billing terms may be updated with reasonable notice where required.
Cancellation
Customers can cancel through the billing/customer portal once available, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing, but access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for partial months or unused access, except where required by law.
Member content and usage rights
Member content is for personal viewing only. It must not be copied, reposted, redistributed, resold, scraped or used to train models. No ownership or commercial rights are transferred to subscribers.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account and access details secure. Shared, abusive or suspicious account use may result in restricted access.
Age requirement
The membership is intended for adults aged 18+.
Content boundaries
The site publishes fashion, glamour and lifestyle collections. It does not publish nudity or explicit sexual content. Additional boundaries are described on the Content Policy page.
Brand/product work
Brand and product campaign work is handled separately from membership subscriptions and may be subject to separate terms, pricing and usage rights.
Changes to the service
Evelyn Harper Studio may update, remove or reorganise content, features, pricing or services from time to time.
