Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, billing information, subscription status, payment/customer identifiers from Stripe, messages or enquiries, and basic website usage information as described below.
Payments
Payment details are processed by Stripe. Evelyn Harper Studio does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment and billing data according to its own privacy terms.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide membership access, manage subscriptions, process payments, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud or misuse, improve the website and comply with legal obligations.
Private member conversations
Private messages, welcome notes and attachments are available to their intended member and authorised Evelyn Harper Studio administrators. We store message content, send times and read receipts to provide the conversation and help us respond. A Seen receipt is recorded when a message is visible in an open, active conversation; it does not confirm that a video was watched or that every word was read. Older Marked read receipts reflect the member's manual action. Conversation activity is not sent to public-page analytics or advertising measurement. You can contact us about your message history or deletion requests. Replies are managed by the studio and are not guaranteed to be immediate.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our public pages, referral sources, approximate location, and browser or device type. It does not use analytics cookies. We exclude member content, Inbox, account, admin and password-recovery pages from page-view reporting, and remove query strings and fragments from recorded page URLs. We do not send your name, email address, account ID, messages or payment details as analytics events. Analytics is disabled when your browser sends a Do Not Track preference.
Optional Facebook advertising measurement
Only with your permission, we use Meta's Conversions API to measure and improve our Facebook advertising. We share visits to public pages and verified trial starts, event time, a cleaned page address, your IP address, browser information, and random browser and Facebook ad-click identifiers. Meta may match this information with a Meta account and use it for advertising measurement and personalisation. We do not share names, email addresses, payment details, account identifiers, messages or member-content activity. There is no Meta script or automatic collection on this website. Account creation and opening checkout do not count as trial starts.
Advertising cookie choices
Accept and Reject are equally available. Rejecting does not affect membership access. Our ehs_ads_consent cookie remembers your choice for up to 180 days. If you accept, ehs_ads_browser and ehs_ads_click remember a random browser identifier and, when present, a Facebook ad-click identifier for up to 90 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw permission at any time; we delete these advertising identifiers and stop future sharing. Withdrawal cannot recall information already sent to Meta. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. An opaque trial-event receipt prevents duplicate reports; it contains no account details. Contact us about deletion requests, including information already shared.
Service providers
Data may be processed by service providers such as Stripe, Vercel (including Web Analytics), hosting or database providers and email providers. Meta Platforms receives optional advertising measurement data only with consent; see Meta's Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ for how it handles information and your rights.
International processing
Depending on the providers used, personal data may be processed outside your country. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect personal information.
